I am Darlene. I am heavy and it is very hard for me to loose weight cause I am on thyroid medication. I eat twice a day and walk 2 miles a day. I did loose 43 pounds in 6 months, but it does not look like I did. I am 38. I have a 19 year old son. He is a sophomore in college. Him and my boyfriend live with me.
