I shop online and hardly ever have to make returns. I only shop where they have a size chart. The most important thing is to measure, measure, measure. Sadly the sizes are not always standard, especially if you are buying imported clothes. I don't shop unless I can select the size with measurements, and when it's close............. I go up to the next size or half size.

Measuring is probably the most important thing when shopping online for clothes. ESPECIALLY if you are buying Imported clothing. A size 12 in China is NOT the same as our size 12.
